"I was three weeks away from the 1st of 2 hip replacements. Bone on bone, extremely painful, limited physical activities greatly. My lower back was also extremely damaged after a lifetime of intense sports and arthritis. I was having ablations done to my back in order to avoid spinal fusion. I also suffered from over 30 years of intense insomnia of which I tried everything known to man to cure, short of prescription drugs. Affects entire life, attitude, clarity of mind, energy, etc. Within a couple weeks on the P90, I canceled my hip surgery because the pain level in my hips was down by about 85% and flexibility wildly improved. I am now climbing, biking, doing things I had given up years ago! My back as well has decreased in pain and become much more flexible. I no longer need a ramp to lift my feet to put shoes on, paint toenails, etc. I can bend over and touch the floor with ease again! After about a month, sleep has improved greatly. I'm experiencing deeper sleep, remembered dreams, greater clarity of mind and if 1 do awaken during the night, I am generally able to get back to sleep. There are still some nights challenging me, but I stay on the path and am grateful for the blessings the P90 has bestowed upon myself and the quality of life improving every day."
