New Member Registration Information

Wondering what information to ask for from a new member? See below!

It is necessary to provide two ID card pictures of the old member and the new member,

along with the following information.

Product Defect Report Form

Does your product have a defect? Fill up this form and take a video of the product's defect before submitting these to your respective leader (or contact person).​​

Defective Product Claim Process:

1. Warranty Coverage: The product is covered under warranty for 1 year only.
2. Defect Report: Please fill out the defect form report and revert it back to us.

3. Video Evidence: Provide a video showing the machine malfunctioning. The video must include:

Footage taken from the bottom of the machine showing the serial number.

The machine plugged in and the defect area clearly shown.
4. Product Handling: Keep the defective machine with you for the moment. We will provide information from our logistics team to arrange for its return to the warehouse.

Proper Steps for Taking the Video:

1. Show the serial number on the back of the machine.
2. Plug in.

3. Show that you turn on the button.

4. Place your barefoot on the machine.
